Lead the design and development of new Salesforce CRM features for Wealth and Investment Management (WIM), including prospect and household management capabilities, enabling Financial Advisors to manage clients, prospects, households, and related parties seamlessly.
Part of the WIMT Generative AI team, developing innovative GenAI applications while also governing safe and effective usage of Generative AI across Wealth and Investment Management. Additionally, I hosted a WIMT GenAI Hackathon to encourage innovation and collaboration within the line of business.
Designed, architected, and delivered multiple Generative AI applications, including: 1. AI Agent platform integrating with Salesforce, Splunk, OracleDB, Confluence, and other systems via Model Context Protocol (MCP), enabling faster triaging and resolution of production issues. 2. AI-driven financial advisory assistant combining client data, real-time market feeds, and internal research to provide personalized investment insights.
Recipient of Team Spotlight Award for delivering a major Salesforce CRM feature as part of a high-performing team.
Winner of the WIMT 2025 GenAI Hackathon for building a multi-agent chatbot with micro-frontends for Financial Advisors to interact with all our wealth management systems through one chat interface.
